The Heart Behind Elevate
Welcome. I’m the founder behind Elevate with Anaya Roché, a working woman on a personal journey of faith, wellness, growth, and becoming more intentional about the life I am building.
For years, I found myself caught in patterns that were not serving my health or well-being. I put myself last, carried too much, and ignored some of the signs that I needed to make changes.
When I learned that I was at increased risk for diabetes, it became a wake-up call. I realized that taking care of myself could no longer be something I kept postponing.
But this journey became about more than physical health. It pushed me to look more closely at my faith, my mindset, my habits, and the way I was living my life.
That is part of how Elevate with Anaya Roché was born.
Elevate is a space for women who are still becoming. Women who want to strengthen their faith, care for their bodies, grow through difficult seasons, and make intentional changes without believing they have to become perfect first.
This journey is about progress, perseverance, grace, and purpose. Whether you are here for faith-filled encouragement, wellness inspiration, honest conversations, or simply a reminder that you can begin again, you are welcome here.
Together, we will learn to care for ourselves more intentionally, challenge the beliefs that keep us stuck, strengthen our faith, and keep moving toward the life God is calling us to live.
This platform is also deeply connected to the legacy of my beloved niece, Latara Brown. Latara lived with Type 1 diabetes, formerly called juvenile diabetes, and gastroparesis.
Before she passed, she wanted to speak more openly about the struggles, pain, and realities of her health journey so that her experience might help someone else. She was taken from us far too soon to fully share that story herself.
Her courage continues to inspire my desire to learn, raise awareness, share what I discover, and encourage women to become more informed and proactive about their health.
As I navigate my own wellness journey, her story reminds me that our health matters, our voices matter, and the conversations we begin may help someone else.
If you are ready to take small, intentional steps toward strengthening your faith, caring for your health, reclaiming parts of yourself that may have been neglected, and moving forward with purpose, you are in the right place.
Let’s rise and reclaim, together.
With faith and love,
The Founder of Elevate with Anaya Roché
